Craigwood Golf Course is three minutes drive. Keene Valley is a ten-minute drive.
I am a full-time athlete and Olympian, so I can attest to the charm of this property for those die-hards who want to hit the trail or waters, or just someone who wants some R & R in a beautiful mountain location. This is my primary residence, so I am looking for renters who respect and appreciate a fully furnished, well maintained home with lots of charm.
The house has a master bedroom and private half-bath on the second floor (sorry but don’t have pictures of that room yet). The first floor has two bedrooms, a dining room, kitchen, living room, and bathroom as well as a screened-in, western-facing porch (fantastic sunsets!), and attached garage.
